Concept Development: Develop visual concepts for campaigns, from initial ideation to full-scale execution.
Creative Direction Assets: Construct mood boards and visual guidelines to communicate creative direction to the team.
Visual Identity Management: Define and maintain the visual tone & style across all platforms (social, print, OOH, digital).
Production Oversight: Collaborate with Production Houses to oversee shooting and post-production, ensuring the final visual output aligns perfectly with the original concept and creative intent.
Mentoring & Quality Control: Provide mentoring and feedback to junior designers to ensure consistent quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Planners to ensure the feasibility of concepts.

REQUIREMENT Experience: Minimum 3–5 years within a Creative Agency environment.
Proven track record in Conceptual Design and hands-on experience in Pitching projects.
Direct experience working with Production Houses (including pre-production, on-set supervision, or post-production coordination) is a strong advant Aesthetics & Trends: Technical Mastery: High proficiency in composition, color theory, typography, and visual Storytelling.
Trend-Driven: Stay ahead of the latest design and advertising shifts, both locally and globally.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, or AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving through design thinking.
Strong presentation skills, ability to defend creative rationale, and excellent timeline management.
