Senior Game Developer (Cocos)

will include: 1.

Functional: Developing and maintaining common game features.

Diagnose and recommend optimizations for games to improve performance at scale and memory management.

Develop tools, frameworks and common libraries to improve the game development process.

Work on maintaining social iOS and Android apps.

Experienced in establishing UI/UX development processes for real-time, casual, or multiplayer interactive games.

Organize clear workflows, proficiently use management tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence to ensure smooth transitions between development stages.

Mentor and train Junior Developers on game development logic and graphics optimization (rendering, layering, etc.).

Manage sprint schedules, resolve conflicts, allocate tasks effectively, and maintain positive motivation within the technical team.
