Senior Continous Improvement Executive (CI & Performance)

PURPOSE:

Drive operational excellence and performance governance through data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.

Support factory performance management system including KPI deployment, dashboard governance, loss analysis, and operational review routines.

Strengthening TPM pillar deployment, equipment ownership culture, and cross-functional operational discipline.

Focus on OEE, losses & waste reduction, productivity improvement, and sustainable operational performance.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Manufacturing Excellence, or related operational roles.

Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Proven experience in KPI governance, operational reporting, dashboard management, and cross-functional project execution.
