Senior Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders (Project Managers, BrSEs, Delivery Managers, and other relevant parties) to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Gather, document, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. Elicit, define, and document detailed business

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in client-facing or consulting environments; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Japanese; Proven ability to engage with clients to understand business needs, elicit

requirements:, and consult on optimal solutions; Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, requirement gathering techniques, and solution design processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset; Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Fast learner with a growth mindset and adaptability in dynamic project environments; Resilient under pressure and deadline-driven. PREFERRED SKILLS Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Working knowledge of SQL and database management; Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence; Experience working with Japanese clients. Prior experience with AI tools is highly advantageous.
