SENIOR BACK END ENGINEER (ĐÀ NẴNG)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for web and mobile applications using NestJS

Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to design robust and maintainable systems

Work with Kafka and MQTT in building message-driven architectures

Collaborate closely with team to design efficient APIs and backend workflows

Optimize performance and ensure scalability in system design and implementation

Lead technical discussions, advise for architecture decisions, and conduct code reviews

Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage, synchronization, and caching

Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality

Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and development processes

Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring for backend services

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

6+ years of experience in Back End development (NodeJS, NestJS,...)

Good English communication skills, especially in reading, writing, and discussing technical documentation and specifications

Proven experience building backend systems for mobile applications or mobile-integrated platforms

Strong experience with NestJS and RxJS in production environments

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Hands-on experience with Kafka and MQTT for message-driven architectures

Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and Redis

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms for mobile applications

Solid understanding of clean architecture, software design patterns, and performance optimization

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes

Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum development environments

Knowledge of mobile app integration, push notification systems, and real-time communication is a plus

Experience integrating backend services with React Native applications

Experience mentoring or leading system integration and architecture discussions is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and teamwork abilities
