Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, and business growth targets. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across SMB, Enterprise, and Industrial Zone customers. Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development. Promote and sell IT infrastructure, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, workplace solutions, and professional services. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations to close business opportunities. Develop account strategies and growth plans for assigned customers and target industries. Collaborate closely with technical, presales, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer support. Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales documentation required to complete the sales cycle. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans, providing regular updates to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, including contract approvals, credit terms, collections, and payment follow-ups. Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall development of the sales organization. Represent the company at industry events, vendor engagements, and customer networking activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4-5 years of successful sales experience in IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud, or Professional Services.
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and growing strategic accounts within highly competitive markets.
Strong experience selling enterprise IT solutions, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital workplace solutions.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets.
Experience managing large enterprise customers, multinational corporations, and Industrial Zone clients.
Strong relationships with leading IT vendors, distributors, and technology partners are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
