The role: At The Plan Z, a Senior Account Executive knows how to manage a project, handle a client, and support a junior teammate, all at the same time. This role sits between execution and leadership. Client Relationship & Strategy

Be the main point of contact for clients — build strong relationships based on trust, clear communication, and consistent results.

Understand each client's business well enough to turn their goals into clear briefs and communication plans.

Support project kick-offs, manage expectations at every stage, and spot opportunities to grow the account. B. Project Management & Operations

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects — making sure all work meets deadlines, stays within budget, and is delivered to a high standard C. Financial Management

Manage project budgets, cost tracking to ensure smooth financial operations and healthy profit margins. D. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Creative team to make sure all work meets the brief and is ready for the client.

Keep feedback between both sides clear and moving forward. E. Team Leadership & Development Growing others is part of growing yourself

Lead, support, and motivate a team of 1–2 Account Executives — give clear direction, honest feedback, and real support when things get tough.

Help junior team members develop their client communication and project management skills F. Performance & Reporting

Monitor and track campaign KPIs to ensure optimal execution, with regular performance updates presented to both the team and clients. G. Business Development & Market Insight

Support the Manager in pitching new clients, look for growth opportunities within existing accounts

Keep up with market trends and competitor activity to give clients stronger recommendations and better ideas. What you’ll bring

2-3+ years of experience in account or project management at a creative, branding, or marketing agency.

Strategic yet hands-on: able to both plan and execute.

Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering team collaboration and client trust.

Able to communicate and present clearly in both English and Vietnamese.

Experience managing or mentoring junior account team members.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Passion for creativity, storytelling, and brand culture.

Comfortable working with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana.
