Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Understand client business objectives and propose suitable communication and marketing solutions.

Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Production, Media and Finance to deliver projects effectively.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare project scopes, quotations and proposals when required.

Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for optimization and upselling.

Prepare reports and updates for clients as needed. 2. Required Skills/Experiences/

At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a digital marketing agency.

Strong awareness of market trends, consumer behavior and cultural insights.

Customer service mindset.

Strong project management and communication skills. Good presentation and persuasion skills.
