Sea Export Assistant Manager

Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipment, document status with related parties.

Check, submit and issue all related docs for sea outbound shipments (SI/VGM, AMS/ISF/ENS/AFR …, Pre-alert, BL, etc…) - Ensure all shipping information and related docs are collected from customers, carriers, agents and share or update to respective partners on-time.

Manage and lead documentation...

1. Knowledge - University degree - Over 5 years of experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling - US/CA cargo handling experience is a big plus 2. Skills - Good command of English.

Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required - Good...
