1. In-Store Customer Service

Welcome, consult, and guide customers throughout their shopping experience at the store.

Communicate product features, materials, and the craftsmanship story to help customers understand the value behind each piece.

Deliver a professional, attentive service standard consistent with a luxury brand environment. 2. Online Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via inbox messages and comments on social media and e-commerce platforms.

Provide product consultation, sizing guidance, and order-related assistance through online channels.

Maintain a responsive and professional tone across all digital touchpoints. 4. Store Presentation & Operations

Arrange and display merchandise neatly and in accordance with visual merchandising standards.

Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.

Process orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system.

Prepare sales reports and update stock status as required.

Receive and log product warranty information from customers.

Handle other sales-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (mandatory — you will work directly with international customers on a regular basis).

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).

Basic photography and video recording skills (useful for supporting in-store content production).

Experience working in fashion, accessories, or premium/luxury retail.

Basic salary: 6,000,000/month

Sales incentive: applied on monthly KPI

Estimated monthly income: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000vnd

Meal: 30,000/meal, applied for every working shift over 4 working hours

Systematic training on sales processes and systems.
