Job Summary: As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will design appropriate programs and policies for the company.

You will analyze costs, evaluate the impact of incentive programs, and collaborate to improve compensation drivers.

Additionally, you will manage data and provide data to support analysis, evaluation, calculation, and design of reports for Sales.

1. Qualification : University graduate major in statistics, IT, mathematics, Finance

Possessing SAS Certification is an advantage 2. Work Experience

3 - 5 years working experience in Finance, MIS or managing incentive schemes

Working experience in MNCs is an advantage 3. Knowledge : Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills, SAS 4. Skills: Understanding of consumer finance is an advantage
