Lead Scanning & Hunting: Proactively mine, cold-outreach, and qualify high-potential leads for B2B marketing services across Vietnam and international markets.

Support and execute Deal Closing: Own the sales pipeline from the first touchpoint to contract negotiation and closing.

Strategic Pitching: Understand client pain points and tailor SotaMedia's modern marketing ecosystem (Digital, Event, Tech-integrated marketing) to solve them.

Establish effective sale-pipelines: Focus on: New leads, new sale-pipelines, successful rate, customer life-time value (CLV).

Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.

Yêu cầu

2+ years of experience in sales with a hustler and result-oriented mindset.

Preferable with candidates who have knowledge in AI/AI Agent.

Excellent verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in English.

Understanding of media, marketing service within the technology industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy and naturally curious about new marketing technologies
