Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and other partners to enhance brand exposure.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.

Building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the spa's visibility and reputation. Organizing events, collaborations, or partnerships that elevate the spa's profile.

Creating and managing the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending across various marketing channels to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

Collaborating with creative teams, graphic designers, and content creators to develop visually appealing and compelling marketing materials that resonate with the spa's target audience.

Have a solid understanding and knowledge of the Vietnam market, distribution channels and trends.

Has a track record as Marketing Manager in a team management role. At least 1 year experience of building a brand from the very beginning is a plus.

Strong experience in social communication and good relationship with KOL/KOC is appreciated.

Own entrepreneur mindset and teamwork - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
