Hunt & Pitch: Identify and approach potential B2B clients, ranging from corporate brands needing digital marketing and AI solutions to cafes and restaurants needing coffee OEM .
Consultative Selling & Closing: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals and hit revenue targets .
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) for our diverse portfolio of clients .
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative and design teams to brainstorm and develop engaging content, copywriting, and visual assets .
Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare insightful reports to maximize ROI for our clients .
Market Mapping & Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and new market opportunities in both the Tech/Agency and F&B sectors to optimize our strategies .
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure clear communication, encourage upselling, and secure contract renewals .

Yêu cầu
Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience in Marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management .
Experience working in an Advertising Agency, SaaS/Tech, or the F&B/Coffee industry is a massive advantage .
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a data-driven mindset, paired with excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
You should be comfortable speaking to business owners and C-level executives .
Attitude: A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality .
You are highly organized, proactive, able to multitask under tight deadlines, and hungry for commissions .
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English .
