Customer Management & Business Development Manage assigned customer accounts, follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify customers’ needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer’s technical and purchasing teams. Regularly engage with clients to follow up on contracts, purchasing plans, forecast and new
requirements:. Address customer technical issues and propose tailored solutions using GIG’s ingredients and technical services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment; propose samples, build trust, and generate project pipelines. 3. Sales Planning and Execution Implement sales activities in line with the company’s plans and assigned targets. Coordinate with the manager on pricing, quantities, lead times, and negotiation to close orders. Introduce new products, ingredients, and supplier technologies to customers to create projects with customers. Support market surveys on pricing and customer demand. Update documents, certificates, and samples sent to customers. 4. Internal Coordination & Problem-Solving Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Admin, Procurement, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Report to the manager in case of issues related to product quality, payments, or delivery, and support in resolving them. Liaise with related teams to clarify specifications, documents, or quotations when needed. 5. Reporting and Compliance Prepare sales reports on samples status, projects, new wins, forecasts, and customer updates as required. Follow internal sales processes, documentation standards, and update internal system records accurately. 6. Other Activities Support relationship-building activities with customers: holiday gifting (Mid-Autumn, Tet, etc.) and special occasions. Continuously monitor competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:& SKILLS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience in the food ingredients / additives industry or technical experience in food manufacturing. Languages: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
Requirements: Good appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Core Skills Pleasant and effective communication. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
