Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs & competitor, conduct market research and customer analysis Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Director Prepare the necessary resources to perform properly (marketing kit: Introduce URS's services, Leaflet, E-newsletter, ...) Responsible for planning visit to customers periodically and extraordinarily Direct sales team training, coaching & support to the sales team Solve the issues related to customer complaints Prepare & Send quotation/ proposal for training/ certification to clients Contact clients to follow up the new/re-certification proposal Prepare contract & send to clients Deal with clients during re-certification contract review Follow up on receiving 1 copy of contract Send all information about the customer (company information, contract, contact person, ...) to admin & accountant for next step Amendment and attached or appendix, various inquiries from customers
