Company Overview S-DAT TECH Co., Ltd is the exclusive distributor of HAM-LET® Valves & Fittings in Vietnam, providing high-quality instrumentation valves and fittings for Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, energy, chemical plants, and industrial projects nationwide. Key

Responsibilities:Develop and manage customer accounts in Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, Clean room, Refinery, Power Plant, industrial plants, and end-user (factory), mainly for gas line system. Promote and sell HAM-LET® valves, fittings, Hoses & Gauges (reference: buy.ham-let.com/products/fittings); Dockweiler Tubing & Fittings; Mega Tubing, Fittings & Valves. Prepare quotations, follow up orders, contracts, and delivery schedules. Provide basic technical consultation to customers (product training will be provided). Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Coordinate with technical, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management. Make sure payment collection back and provide strong customer service after sales.

Job

Requirements:College or bachelor’s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, Gas-Line filed, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in: Oil & Gas industry Industrial valves, fittings, or mechanical equipment EPC or project-based sales Clean room or Sanitary field Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Able to communicate effectively in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage. Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn technical products. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
