Four-year bachelor's degree or above (degree in biotechnology, life science, business administration, or related discipline).
3+ years’ experience in sales (IVD sales preferred).
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English.
Experience in hospital clinical laboratory markets with demonstrated success is an advantage.
Experience working at a Japanese company is a plus.
