Responsibilities:1. Operate company functions/departments to build goals and targets for each department, ensuring the achievement of the Company’s overall objectives. 2. Develop and submit annual plans (including budget plans) for approval. Based on approved plans, prepare detailed implementation plans and define execution timelines by day, week, month, quarter, and semi-annual periods. 3. Effectively manage and utilize assets and capital assigned by the Corporation. Operate the Company’s business activities under the Sagota Beer brand in accordance with established procedures and assigned plans. Proactively resolve operational issues; seek guidance from the Board of Directors/Line Manager for matters not regulated by the Corporation or beyond assigned authority. Implement change management and communication initiatives to stabilize operations, restore stakeholder trust, and ensure continuity of business performance. 4. Directly manage and oversee the following areas: organization, personnel arrangement, and sales. 5. Direct and organize the inspection and evaluation of work performance according to plans (in terms of timeline and results), ensuring compliance with regulations, resolutions, and decisions of the Board of Directors and General Director within the assigned scope. 6. Develop long-term and short-term human resource plans; directly participate in recruitment for the Company. 7. Develop budgets and cost norms for business activities. Periodically monitor, evaluate, and adjust budgets and cost norms. 8. Sales: Execute sales plans, increase productivity, and minimize costs. Establish and maintain internal and external relationships related to the Company’s production and business processes to create favorable conditions for operations. Evaluate and monitor the performance of each department. Develop new sales channels, market segments, and route-to-market models for SAGOTA products, and optimize distribution to expand product reach and improve sales and profitability. 9. Direct the management of assigned assets and ensure confidentiality of information in accordance with Corporation regulations. 10. Approve documents, reports, and proposals within the assigned authority (as delegated by the Board of Directors and the Corporation). 11. Participate in meetings relevant to the assigned scope. 12. Actively engage with local authorities to address issues related to Company operations. 13. Reporting: Responsible for developing and implementing reporting systems for the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company’s regulations. 14. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Manager/Director role or equivalent.
English proficiency.
