Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services.

Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.

Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.

Manage point-of-sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract...

Ability to work in shifts and weekends.

Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in similar positions.

An associate degree in related field.

Proficient in English.

Experience or passion in furniture, design, interior design is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
