Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
Language requirement: English - Proficient/Upper-Intermediate Preferred living: Bien Hoa or Tam Phuoc.
Supports the sales team by managing daily operations for assigned customers, processing orders, and coordinating logistics.
Ensuring seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and other internal departments.
Organization & Detail: High attention to detail for managing contracts, tracking invoices, and inputting accurate data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and resolve logistical issues or customer disputes under tight deadline
