B2B Sales Representative (Automotive Aftermarket) Location: Vietnam (Territory 1: North - Hanoi Based / Territory 2: South - HCMC Based) Industry: Automotive Aftermarket (Car Batteries) Role Type: Full-Time, Field Sales & Account Management (No Delivery Required) Role Objective We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to expand our car battery distribution network across automotive workshops, garages, and regional parts distributors. In this role, you will be strictly responsible for relationship building, market expansion, and account management. Delivery logistics and warehousing are handled entirely by our logistics team. Key

Responsibilities:• Market Expansion: Identify, visit, and onboard new independent auto workshops, car repair garages, and regional multi-brand auto parts wholesalers.

Relationship Management: Maintain routine visitation schedules with existing accounts to secure recurring battery orders and ensure high brand loyalty.

Payment Collection: Monitor customer payment cycles and take responsibility for collecting outstanding debts from workshops before commission payout.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing updates (e.g., GS, Pinaco, Amaron), and workshop feedback to report back to management.

KPI Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily workshop visits, locations, and order status via company reporting channels (Zalo/CRM).

Requirements:• Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket (batteries, lubricants, tires, auto parts, or workshop equipment).

Network: Possess an existing network or familiarity with workshop clusters in the assigned territory (North or South Vietnam) is a massive advantage.

Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Ability to handle objection and negotiate credit terms.

Travel: High mobility; must own a motorbike for local city travel and be willing to travel inter-provincially (via plane/bus) for upcountry accounts.

Language: Native Vietnamese; basic English proficiency for reporting is preferred.
