Conduct secondary research, including desk research, market intelligence gathering, and data collection from credible sources. Collect, coordinate, synthesize, and analyze information from various sources to support research objectives. Assist in identifying key market trends, industry developments, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities. Contribute ideas and perspectives for deeper analysis, helping project teams generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities for clients. Support the development of research-based content and knowledge materials for marketing, business development, and thought leadership purposes. Develop, maintain, and update research databases, datasets, and knowledge repositories critical to project delivery. Assist in the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative research activities, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies where applicable. Support the management and coordination of external research partners, vendors, and data providers as required. Maintain quantitative models, analytical frameworks, and research tracking tools. Assist in implementing research methodologies, data validation processes, and quality control measures across projects. Utilize research automation tools, AI-powered platforms, and digital technologies to enhance research efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare professional reports, presentations, briefing materials, and visually engaging research deliverables. Communicate research findings and insights through written reports, presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing activities. Provide administrative and operational support to project teams when required. Perform other duties and

Final-year students or fresh graduates in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Marketing, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization and research tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced consulting and research environment.
Prior experience in research, consulting, market intelligence, or business analysis is a plus.
