Remote Intern – Chamber Events & Marketing

OVERVIEW The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SingCham Vietnam), Hanoi Chapter, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Chamber Events & Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in chamber management, community engagement, and event execution, working with an international business association in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES:The

responsibilities:of the intern include, but are not limited to: 1. Event Organization & Coordination ( 70%) Provide remote support for the planning and execution of SingCham Hanoi events. Coordinate event registrations, communication, and follow-up with participants. Liaise with vendors and partners (as guided by the line manager). Assist with event marketing, including drafting communication content/slides. 2. Chamber Operations Support (20%) Support administrative tasks related to chamber operations. Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and translations (Vietnamese–English). 3. Other Assigned Tasks (10%) Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager to support the Chamber’s activities.

University student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or related fields preferred).

Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

Interest in event management, marketing, and international business.

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms and digital tools (Canva).

Availability for 6 months, remote-based (with possible in-person support at Hanoi events).

Monthly allowance. Certificate/Reference letter upon successful completion of the internship. Exposure to an international working environment and business community. Opportunity to build networks with business leaders and professionals in Hanoi and across Vietnam.
