5+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization.
Experience with upholstered furniture manufacturing and OEM supplier environments.
PPAP, APQP, FAI, and 8D fluency; BIFMA and category-test literacy.
Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and production-launch processes.
Experience supporting pilot builds and production-ramp activities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing, or related...
