1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields 2. Having related experience (working experience in electronic manufacturing is a priority) 3. Be familiar with multitasks 4. Responsible, flexible, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills. 6. Good command of spoken and written English.
