Recruitment Supervisor

Key

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all recruitment activities for both direct and indirect positions , with a strong focus on production workforce .

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and define hiring

requirements:.

Develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to attract suitable candidates.

Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job portals, training centers, and vocational schools.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnover rates).

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

Participate in job fairs, career days, and military discharge recruitment programs.

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

Train and guide junior recruiters or HR staff when needed

College/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Good time management and ability to work under high pressure.

At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or labor-intensive industries .

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview practices, and employment regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to make reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint..

Experience in recruiting through online channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn...)

Ability to design posters, run online ads or manage fanpages and websites is an advantage.

Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written).
