Recruitment Executive

The job holder will be a part of Panasonic's Recruiting Center team which supports recruitment activities for Panasonic group companies in Vietnam.

Main tasks may include the following: To support recruitment activities of Panasonic Vietnam Group (PVG) companies (e.g. attracting applications, sourcing, screening, short - listing, arranging interviews and following up) To maintain and develop candidate pool to ensure candidate source for effective recruitment To maintain and develop good relationships with recruiting agencies To propose optimal recruitment channels/ method, enhancing recruiting capabilities of Panasonic group companies in Vietnam To conduct candidate reference checks (if any) Other HR tasks as assigned by the team leader *Working location: 7th Floor, E-town building, 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh, HCM Job

University graduate At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably from headhunting companies or big-size foreign-owned companies.

English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skill are a must.

Japanese language proficiency is a great advantage Experience in other functions in HR (E.g.

C&B, Expatriate support) is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Labor Market and Trend Good application of MS Office tools Customer service orientation, quick learner, positive thinker Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress.
