Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
Perform guest check-in procedures and register guests staying at the hotel.
Listen to and respond to guests' inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Coordinate with staff from other hotel departments to resolve issues, including guest complaints.
Process guest check-out procedures.
Handle guest payments and billing transactions.
Notify the Housekeeping Department when rooms become vacant and require cleaning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
