Tổng quan công việc

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information on DHL Express products and services, helping customers select the right options for their needs.

Consult with customers regarding product types, pricing, and available sales programs.

Actively promote and upsell DHL services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales Handle payment collections from customers accurately and efficiently.

Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain cash handling procedures Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings; make work reports as required.

Ensure the retail outlet counter and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.

Ensure that all company branding is displayed in accordance with DHL regulations and guidelines.

Present Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) as required, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and operational procedures.

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with other departments as necessary.

Being responsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of a store.

Ordering new merchandise and ensure received items are properly displayed.

Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.

Experience in sales/sales processes Knowledge and understanding of the Retail trade from a service perspective.

At least 1 year experience in a sales, customer service or marketing role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.

English fluent (written and spoken) Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including POS systems.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
