Real Estate Intern (Hồ Chí Minh Office)

· Market and Site Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, demographic data and competitors to help in analyzing potential markets and locations. · Project Support : Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and support the coordination of project activities, timelines, and documentation. · Contract Review and Analysis : Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents as well as summarize key terms and conditions for review. · Document Preparation & Management : Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents and maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, plans, and reports. · Prepare for Internal Approval Submission : Assist in compiling necessary documents, analysis, and presentations required for internal approval processes related to new store development and site acquisitions. · Support the direct reporting manager in other duties and special projects as assigned.

· About to graduate or recently graduated from a university, pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. · Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
