Develop new product ideas and formulations, improve current products and food process technology: implement necessary experiments to develop recipe and arrange session to evaluate product samples (prepare lab scale sample, control lab scale recipe and keep record of lab scale sample, prepare tasting session for new product) - Manage schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing a project: prepare technical documents, raw materials and take part in industrial scale test of new/current products.
Conduct necessary experiments to determine shelf life of product (keep shelf life test sample with correct scheme, follow up shelf life test samples, prepare tasting and analysis shelf life test sample) - Technical support for quality matters, production troubles, and customer
requirements:, etc.
Search for and test new ingredients to back up the supply, improve quality, and achieve cost savings.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu
A Bachelor degree or equivalent, majoring in Food Technology or related fields.
At least 3 year of experience in food researching & developing. Priority in the processed food sector.
Good knowledge and expertise about food product formulation, production process, food microbiological, sensory evaluation, lab practic and Knowledgeable about equipment in food production - English ability: strong in reading and speaking.
