Quản lý doanh thu/chi phí của cửa hàng.

Chuyển doanh thu/chi phí đúng hạn. Quản lý vận hành:

Quản lý quy trình vận hành cửa hàng.

Quản lý chất lượng không gian vệ sinh, hình ảnh, chương trình MKT cửa hàng.

Quản lý máy móc, trang bị, CCDC cửa hàng. Báo cáo tình hình hoạt động hàng tháng cho Ban Giám đốc
