Quality Engineer / DMR Engineer (Non-conforming Material)

Conduct DMR process training for production employees when required.

Manage and process non-conforming materials and products, ensuring timely disposition in accordance with company procedures.

Control the segregation, storage, and secure disposal of non-conforming materials and products.

Maintain and update quality records and databases using Access, SAGE, and Epicor systems.

Prepare monthly and quarterly quality reports, including Scrap Rate analysis.

Coordinate customer notifications for waiver shipments when required.

Support production and warehouse teams in the proper handling and classification of non-conforming materials, scrap, and hazardous waste in compliance with company procedures and environmental regulations.

Support Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001) activities as assigned.

Escalate quality issues beyond the scope of authority to the QA Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Perform other duties as assigned by the QA Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Good English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.
