Responsibilities:
Checking physical, chemical, and microbiological quality parameters for dried fruits, fresh fruits & vegetables - Conducting inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications and local regulatory standards.
Testing equipment such as moisture meters and refractometers.
Implementing and monitoring HACCP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Understanding of allergen management (sulfites)...

Yêu cầu
Diploma in food technology, microbiology, agriculture or a related field.
Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality control role in a food industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
