Responsibilities:Other Develop and maintain backend systems for gamifications. Other Design, build, and optimize APIs and server systems to handle millions of daily requests Other Integrate backend services such as authentication, payment, leaderboard, chat, matchmaking, and in-game events. Other Collaborate closely with frontend/game client teams to ensure performance and player experience Other Optimize server performance, scalability, and high concurrency handling.

Requirements:• At least 1 year of experience for Junior level, 3+ for Middle level, or 5+ years of experience for Senior level.

Proficient in one of: Node.js (Fastify), Go (Fiber), or Java.

Knowledge of real-time communication: Socket.IO, NATS, MQTT, or Redis pub-sub

Familiarity with microservice frameworks: NestJS or Go (microservices).

Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, or MongoDB. Analyze

requirements:and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing for Web, Mobile, and API systems. Review

requirements:and identify issues early in the development cycle. Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality. Execute functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT support Track, document, and manage bugs using Jira or similar tools. Report testing progress, quality status, and risks to the project team

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

3-4 years of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Control for Mid-level, and 5+ years for Senior (with ability to lead testing strategy and mentor team members).

Strong experience testing Web and/or Mobile applications.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience writing test cases, test reports, and bug reports.

Experience testing API.

Hands-on experience with: Jira / Azure DevOps / Trell, Postman.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Automation testing experience is a plus.

Good English reading and communication skills.
