QA Supervisor

Monitor KPI indicators to evaluate quality performance and report to the department head.

Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements.

Facilitate Root Cause Investigations related to process & materials which impact on final product performance.

Train team members on quality standards and quality control procedures.

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the production process.

Prepare and organize internal quality system audits according to ISO 9001 standards, brand

requirements:Profile Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Good communication in English or Chinese (4 skills) are required. Qualification Engineering degree is desirable but not essential. A background/education in Quality Systems and principles is a strong advantage. Experience Working experience in the textile/garment industry is preferred. At least five years of experience in quality management. Competencies and skills Strong comprehension ability and execution ability is necessary. Be familiar with the five tools and apply.
