Test Strategy & Planning Xây dựng test strategy cho từng release, xác định phạm vi regression theo mức độ rủi ro của thay đổi (risk-based testing). Thiết kế test case bao phủ luồng nghiệp vụ, đa tích hợp (ERP, POS, Payment, Delivery). Chủ động xác định test gap khi requirement từ BA chưa đủ rõ ràng - phản hồi sớm trước khi vào sprint. UI/UX Execution Thực hiện functional, integration, regression, và UAT support. Thiết kế và duy trì bộ automation test cho các luồng critical (checkout, sync dữ liệu ERP/POS, tính điểm loyalty). Test hiệu năng cơ bản (load/stress) cho các luồng có nguy cơ nghẽn khi nhiều request hoạt động đồng thời. Quality Governance Thiết lập/khớp Go-live Checklist trước mỗi release lớn. Root-cause analysis cho bug tái diễn, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình dev-QA. Theo dõi chất lượng qua các chỉ số: bug leakage rate, regression coverage, defect density theo module. Collaboration Phối hợp chặt với BA để làm rõ acceptance criteria trước khi bắt đầu test. Phối hợp với Dev để reproduce, phân loại mức độ nghiêm trọng (severity/priority) chính xác. Báo cáo risk chất lượng cho PM trước mỗi milestone release.

5 năm QA, trong đó tối thiểu 2 năm làm hệ thống có tích hợp đa bên (ERP/POS/API bên thứ 3) Test design: Thành thạo kỹ thuật thiết kế test case (boundary, equivalence partitioning, risk-based testing) API testing: Thành thạo test API (Postman), hiểu luồng dữ liệu đồng bộ giữa các hệ thống Automation: Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng/maintain automation framework Domain hiểu biết: eCommerce, có thể hình dung rủi ro "leak" dữ liệu/logic, có kinh nghiệm test hệ thống loyalty/POS/eCommerce thực tế.

SQL: Đọc/viết truy vấn SQL để verify dữ liệu, không phụ thuộc hoàn toàn vào UI để kiểm tra Soft skill: Tư duy phản biện, chủ động truy vấn requirement chưa rõ thay vì test theo giả định
