WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE Review tech packs, samples, and specifications before production starts. Participate in PP (Pre-Production) meetings with factories and related departments. Approve production swatches (fabrics, trims, accessories) based on development confirmation. Monitor production processes daily to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct in-line audits at key stages: cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing, packing. Identify defects and root causes, provide feedback to production teams for corrective actions. Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability. Perform final AQL inspections before shipment based on agreed sampling plans Ensure product measurements, labeling, packaging, and overall presentation meet buyer standards Prepare and submit QA reports to management and relevant departments. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, buyer
requirements:, and international standards (ISO, AQL, RSL, CPSIA, etc.). Update and maintain quality control records. Work closely with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues. Escalate major issues to QA Manager for timely resolution.
