QA Engineer

Position : QA Engineer Location : HCM Report to : Engineering Manager Overview We are looking for a QC Engineer to ensure product quality across backend, web, mobile, and desktop applications. This role combines manual testing, API testing, automation, and performance testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with engineers to validate high-concurrency, realtime systems running on Kubernetes and AWS.

Design test cases, test plans, and regression test suites Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, desktop, and backend APIs Conduct API testing using Postman / REST Assured / Karate Conduct performance testing using k6 / Locust Validate systems using Kafka, Redis, realtime flows Integrate automation tests into CI/CD (Gitlab, Github Actions, Jenkins) Work with developers to identify root causes and prevent defects Maintain test documentation and quality metrics

Requirements (Must-have) 3.5+ years experience in QA(Auto) (Prefer use AI Agent ) Strong experience in API testing Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) Experience with performance testing ( k6 / Locust) Experience working in cloud / Kubernetes environment Familiar with CI/CD pipeline integration Nice to have Knowledge of security testing (TLS, certificates) Experience testing high-concurrency systems Knowledge of SOC2 / ISO standards Why this role is great for you Work closely with modern backend systems and cloud infrastructure Opportunity to grow into Senior QA / QA Architect Strong automation & performance testing exposure
