Job Purpose Support the Purchasing team in daily procurement activities, supplier management, and purchasing administration while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement processes for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) goods and services. Key

Responsibilities:1. Support Daily Purchasing Operations Convert Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs), issue POs to suppliers, and obtain order confirmations. Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with committed timelines. Support new supplier onboarding processes, including supplier registration and guidance on company policies, safety

requirements:, and payment procedures. Prepare draft contracts and agreements for review by Buyers and the Department Procurement Manager (DPM). 2. Assist in Purchasing Activities for Assigned Categories Source and develop potential suppliers for assigned goods and services with relatively low complexity. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to evaluate supplier capabilities and performance. Negotiate prices and commercial terms in accordance with company policies and procurement procedures. Perform necessary procurement activities throughout the purchasing cycle to ensure successful completion of purchasing requests. 3. Reporting & Procurement Administration Support Monitor contract expiry dates and remind contract owners/PICs to initiate bidding or price approval processes before contract expiration. Conduct periodic spot checks on Direct PO pricing to ensure supplier quotations are reasonable and free from errors. Regularly review aging or outstanding PRs/POs in the system and support data clean-up activities. Provide information and support for monthly procurement reports. Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu

Education Undergraduate student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Economics Or other related fields Experience No prior working experience required.

Knowledge & Skills Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or logistics processes is preferred.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.

Personal Attributes Proactive, honest, and eager to learn.

Fast learner with a positive mindset.

Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take initiative.

Working Location Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province Preferred Candidates: Applicants residing in or near District 7, District 8, Nha Be District , or neighboring areas are preferred due to the working location and commuting convenience.
