Purchasing Executive (Import: backpacks, luggage, wallets, tourism accessories)

At MIA.vn – Vietnam’s No.1 Luggage & Travel Retailer , you will be responsible for sourcing high‑quality products from the USA, China, and other key markets to support our nationwide retail network. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work proactively with suppliers and internal teams. Key

Responsibilities: Source products from the USA and China markets, ensuring quality, authenticity, and competitive pricing. Approach and negotiate with suppliers, evaluate quotations, calculate profit/loss, and finalize contract terms. Monitor shipment progress and coordinate closely with Accounting and Logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery. Track sales performance and consumer demand, adjust supply plans when necessary to maintain healthy inventory levels. Prepare regular progress reports, supplier updates, and sourcing performance summaries for management.

English: fluent (benchmark ~ IELTS Speaking 6.0, equivalent to this video ) or Mandarin Chinese (conversational).

2–3 years of experience in import–export, sourcing, or supply chain .

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, International Business, or related fields .

Knowledge of payment terms (prepaid, postpaid, trade support, tariffs per market) is a plus , not mandatory.

Strong technical understanding of sourcing channels in USA, EU/UK, and China .

Open to Freshers with excellent GPA .

Open to candidates from non‑Retail or non‑Ecommerce backgrounds.

Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven thinking, and proactive research ability.

Salary (gross): 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND .

Working schedule: Mon–Fri at office + 4 Saturday mornings working from home .

13th‑month salary guaranteed.
