Inventory Management: Calculate and plan the quantity of materials, packaging,..., ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet production demands

Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary logistics documentation such as invoices, packing list, COs, shipping orders, delivery receipts, and inventory logs. Ensure all required paperwork complies with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in related major (Economics, import – export is an advantage).

Good MS Offices skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email

Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversation & writing)

Can work overtime and under high pressure
