Project Manager

Develop project plans, define resource

, and prepare necessary documentation.

Collaborate with the Product Owner to build roadmaps and implementation strategies.

Manage and coordinate all project tasks/backlogs to ensure alignment with established timelines.

Lead projects under Agile/Scrum methodology.

Address arising issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.

Anticipate risks and prepare contingency plans.

Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports.

Foster collaboration and engagement within the team.

Support project team members to complete their assigned tasks.

Required Knowledge & Skills Proven ability to lead project teams to meet defined objectives.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ability to analyze information, synthesize data, and prepare professional reports.

Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.

Familiar with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Understanding of business processes in the Finance/Banking industry is a plus.
