Key

Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

Manage full project lifecycle from initiation, requirement gathering, planning, execution to handover.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in software/technology companies.

Experience with CRM, Loyalty platforms, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or Customer Experience systems is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies. Skills
