Chịu trách nhiệm tính toán chi phí,quản lý ngân sách, quản lý tài nguyên, quản lý rủi ro và lập kế hoạch để đạt được tam giác Chất lượng - Chi phí - Phân phối trong quá trình phát triển dự án. Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa khách hàng, nhóm dự án và các phòng ban khác, chịu trách nhiệm báo cáo trước Ban Giám Đốc về công việc được phân công. Đưa ra giải pháp kịp thời khi có rủi ro xảy ra, đóng góp sáng kiến tới Ban Giám Đốc nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dự án. Chịu trách nhiệm bàn giao sản phẩm phần mềm đã hoàn thành cho khách hàng. Có kinh nghiệm về quản lý dự án, phân tích hệ thống/phần mềm như: ERP, CRM, I - learning…
