Project Manager (Account + Event operation)

Project & Client Management

Receive briefs from clients, analyze

, and develop suitable proposals.

Develop overall project plans, including timeline, budget, personnel, and resources.

Oversee and coordinate the entire implementation process, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Maintain regular communication with clients, provide progress updates, and handle any arising requests. Internal & External Coordination

Collaborate with departments such as Art Design, Show & Visual, and Production & Technical for effective project execution.

Work with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service/product quality.

Manage risks and provide timely solutions during project execution. Financial & Project Performance Management

Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.

Track the efficiency of each project, draw lessons, and suggest improvements for future projects. Leadership & Team Development

Guide, train, and support junior staff (Executive, Senior Executive, Supervisor).

Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment. JOB

REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event industry, preferably in an Event Agency.

Experience in managing large-scale event projects, working directly with clients, and coordinating multiple departments.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under high pressure and handle situations quickly.

Proficiency in English.

& COMPENSATION

Salary: Negotiable, from 22M VND and above.

Holiday bonus: 1–3 million VND for national holidays.

Year-end bonus: 13th-month salary + project bonus + KPI bonus (total from 3 months’ salary and up).

Allowances: Laptop support, weekend work allowance, parking subsidy.
