Project Management Director

University Degree or higher Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial, Marine, Construction, or related technical disciplines) Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial, Mechanical, EPC, Offshore/Onshore Projects or related industries, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera P6 preferred), AutoCAD and other specialized engineering software.

Preferred to have professional certifications such as QA/QC, API, CSWIP, NDT, PMP or equivalent certifications related to project management and engineering.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Strategic planning and organizational capability.

Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
