1. Project coordination and task tracking

Monitor task progress based on the project workflow and support updating the team’s work status.

Manage project-related files, lists and documents, and support scheduling meetings with clients and/or internal teams.

Facilitate communication between team members and clients to resolve questions, follow up on issues, or clarify pending details.

Help monitor project scope by identifying and flagging client requests that fall outside the original

Review and confirm completed tasks before product demo or official release

Coordinate with the team to ensure information, documents and task status are properly updated before meetings or demos. 4. Reporting and daily communication

Report daily work progress to supervisors and/or clients as guided.

Summarize project status, record arising issues and promptly communicate blockers related to the team, project or client.
