responsibilities:include:
Supporting donor research and grant proposal development
Assisting with donor visits, study tours, and partner meetings
Preparing meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions
Supporting data verification, monitoring, and project reporting
Maintaining project documentation and files
Coordinating with internal teams, including Finance and Foundation

Who we are looking for: We welcome applications from current students and recent graduates in International Development, Business, Communications, International Relations, Hospitality, or related fields. Professional experience is not required. Experience through university projects, volunteering, student leadership, exchange programmes, or overseas study will be considered an advantage. You should have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
A proactive, adaptable, and learning-oriented mindset
An interest in social impact, international development, or the hospitality sector
